I recently purchased a plot at here to build my dream home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. I went to inquire about buying a house in this under construction project. My experience was bad for two reasons. 1) the sales staff was not polite, didn't even ask for drinking water. They behaved like they are not interested in selling. 2) the project is located out side the "outer ring road" but still the price of plot is too high. It is even higher than the residential projects which are in already developed areas.

Very impressive project with good location, wide roads, and premium planning. The atmosphere and future growth potential look promising. Staff behavior was professional and supportive. Worth visiting if looking for investment or residential plot.
