Buying a flat in Turquoise Greenz has been one of the most frustrating experiences for our family. The project may look attractive during sales discussions, but the reality after possession is completely different. There have been continuous issues related to quality, maintenance, commitments, responsiveness, and overall resident experience. A home is an emotional and financial investment, and unfortunately this project has caused more stress than satisfaction for many families. Would strongly advise potential buyers to do deep due diligence, speak to existing residents personally before making any decision.
