Rate is very high Construction quality below average Road connectivity not good Major issues is: in the rain season the road is flooded even water can seep into the house. These people also charge more gst, in fact gst should be 1% because this project comes in Affordable Housing Sachem (The Government implemented this rate form 1st April 2019)
A little out of the city life, but wonderfully made mansions. One of the best on its own. They can be a good place to relax and own a second home.
Nice affordable triplex with good build quality. Current drawback is approach road but after 4/5 years , wl gv good return.
Really Good place.. awesome place to live..sunrise,sunset, peacock, cuckoo singing, cool Breeze in middle of farm..
Too much remote location, also proper access road is not available.
