I purchased a property from Balaji Group two years ago, lured by their reputation, but I’ve faced serious issues here. The primary concern is the parking situation—there are parking spaces for transport vehicles, but there are no facilities for property owners to park their vehicles. Despite the property owner’s right to parking space, I have been unable to get a proper solution. Additionally, when trying to address these issues with the office staff, Nilesh and Chetan, I found that they provided no real solutions. Instead, they offered false assurances, claiming that permission had been given to park transport vehicles, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. The staff here is only interested in talking without actually resolving anything—they seem more focused on arguing rather than finding solutions. The situation with maintenance is just as bad. For something as simple as plumbing issues, it takes Chetan and his team over six months to provide a resolution, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the Balaji Group is only interested in showing their power but fails to provide proper service. I strongly advise caution—I've personally been dealing with this frustration for too long. Avoid this place unless you're prepared for continuous problems and unresponsive service.

I have booked 2BHK with out garden balcony apartment for 35.13 lcs + Exp Totalling Around Rs. 42 lcs Aprx, considering GST 5% as asked by their sales executive, but at the time of contract they charged 12% GST, so i decided to cancel the booking and asked for the refund, at the time of refund they asked to charge 10% of booking amount as cancellation charges, for the apartment which will be ready by Oct 2021, but i was ready for the charges because i got another apartment in near by location at around 31 lcs including all instead of 42 to 43 lacs and in ready possesion. Mr. Vikas and Mr. Pramod i just wanted to draw your attention that i am not at all happy with the cancellation charges of Rs. 50,000/- that you deducted.

Not at all happy with the project transparency, very poor customer service, Mr. Samir Dave has resigned recently and don't know who's the main contact person, I'm asking for Shree Balaji wind Vadodara ReRa numbers and possession date no one is responding to my call. Can you guys please reply to me with the project update and final possession date. Kindly show some professionalism atleast respect your owner's prestige. NRI's please do not fall in the trap by big name ...these guys are totally unprofessional. It's been 2 years I have paid 20% deposit still waiting for the project updates.

I want to cancel my shop because of delay in rental agreement also many times I have been informed by sales guy that whenever you feel you are not confident on the project then we will refund the money and I have also got call proof. But now they are saying that you will have to pay charge also there is huge delay in project.

Present Staff KAVITA GANGWANI is very cooperative/Understanding/Mixing Nature. Previous Staff was Rude/Non Cooperative/Rough by Nature. I have Purchased Shop in Balaji Wind & Mam Kavita Gangwani is Cooperating/Supporting/Understanding All the Issues/Problems.

This builder is fraud. Put your money and consider it gone. NRIs especially do not get trapped please please..!! I lost my money because one of there so called vice president ran away with money. I have heard same thing happened to other customers i know.
