A Promising Project but Still Under Development I recently visited this residential tower while considering buying a flat here. The project design and layout look quite promising, with good space planning and a convenient location. The surroundings are peaceful, and the proposed amenities seem attractive on paper. However, the construction work is still incomplete, and progress appears to be slower than expected. Some areas around the site are not yet properly developed, and there’s limited information available about the final handover timeline and infrastructure. If completed as planned, this project could turn out to be a nice residential option. But for now, it’s important for potential buyers to verify the construction status, developer’s track record, and delivery schedule before making a decision.
